Step No 1: Firstly, Check your date and time, make sure they’re correct.
Step No 2: Turn off the Turn NFC (Near Field Communication) by going in Settings > More, and uncheck the box.
Step No 3: Turn the Wi-Fi option off/on your Nexus 9.
Step No 4: Now, Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
Step No 5: Try connecting your Nexus 9 with another Wireless network.
Step No 6: Remove the back cover of your device and properly put it back. Sometimes WiFi antenna on back is detached from the main points.
