Prepare Your Galaxy Note 4:
- Take the backup of all necessary data on Note 4 before proceedings.

- Download & install Samsung USB Drivers on your PC: Link
- At least 60% charge in the battery is necessary.
- You must have a custom recovery on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4
- Enable USB Debugging on your Galaxy Note 4
- Download SuperSU file: Link
STEPS TO ROOT SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 SM-N910T ON ANDROID 6.0.1:
Step No 1: First of all, download the SuperSU file from above link.
Step No 2: Once the SuperSU file downloaded then connect the Galaxy Note 4 to the PC via theUSB data cable.
Step No 3: Now transfer the SuperSU file to the SD card of your device (Root folder) .
Step No 4: Now disconnect your device from the PC.
Step No 5: Switch off and boot the Galaxy Note 4 into recovery mode by press & hold “Power + Home + Volume Up”buttons.
Step No 6: Now tap the Install option from the recovery menu.
Step No 7: Again tap the next option for browsing the SD card.
Step No 8: Now locate SuperSU file that you transferred to the SD card in step 3.
Step No 9: Once you select that file then confirm to install by swiping the confirmation option from the bottom of the screen.
Step No 10: Wait for a while your device to get flashed with that SuperSU rooting file.
Step No 11: Once the SuperSU file flashed then Go back to the main recovery menu and select the reboot system now.
Step No 12: Once your Galaxy Note 4 boot into normal mode then go to play store and download and install Root Checker app: Link
Step No 13: Once the Root checker app installed then open and click on verify root. If your device is rooted so it will give you congratulations message .
