Samsung’s has announced the new name of its app store from Samsung Apps to Galaxy Apps. The new app store is basically around the corner with some improvements in the same season when Samsung has launched their new OS Tizen.
Samsung modified the name of their app store on First of July on the website and now they’re taking care of smartphones & tablets. Samsung wants to give its Android mobile and tablet consumers an open interface for downloading it apps without any confusion among Google & Samsung App Stores that is why they’ve come up with the title Galaxy for the app store to help the Android consumers. The Galaxy branding, as we all know, mainly assigned to the smartphones and tablets but this time Samsung decided to use the name in the app store as well.
As Tizen was unveiled to maintain any potential threat from the Android side, Samsung slowly & steadily developing towards the structuring of their new OS but it is still unknown that when and what will the Tizen Operating system get the name of its services.
Samsung’s not only re-named the app store but also packed a several additional modifications in the design. The Samsung Users will automatically get updates about the new modifications in the interface in a number of days, they also can get updates by yourself. It is hugely expected that the people will still follow the Play Store as Google Play Store’s value is matchless for their gadgets except for Samsung Gear, Gear Fit and furthermore services which belongs especially to the Samsung.
